North Waikato Independent Midwives
North Waikato Independent Midwives was established in 2003 by a group of four midwives (Sheryl Wright, Pip Wright, Ali Taylor & Sue Holdom) who share a similar midwifery philosophy, in which women and their babies are 'the stars' and our role is providing holistic care, taking account of individual social, cultural, physical, spiritual and emotional needs. We offer a full midwifery service and cover the entire North Waikato area - from Hamilton North to Meremere and from Te Akau to Tahuna (including Ngaruawahia, Huntly & Te Kauwhata).
